If your email address is shown as already taken when you attempt to register with mytaxi, this email address may already be associated with another mytaxi account.

f you have not previously registered with mytaxi, please let us know and we will look into this for you. If you already have an account but have forgotten your password and cannot edit your information, we are unable to make manual changes. In this case, please tap on "Reset/change password" in the Help menu
