Misuse of data by a third party

Indications of misuse include:
- Requests in your mytaxi account that you did not make yourself - Drivers who contact you by phone or text message because they received a request via your mytaxi account
- Data in your profile has been changed without your knowledge
- You cannot log in to your account with your login details We take matters of account security and data misuse very seriously and will get back to you as quickly as we can.
