My voucher is no longer in my account

If you have multiple vouchers saved to your account in addition to the voucher for your first "Pay by App" trip, mytaxi automatically selects the higher value voucher for you during the payment process.

If this is not the voucher for your first "Pay by App" trip, this voucher will expire after the payment has been completed without substitution and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The voucher that is selected can be modified manually during the payment process.
