I lost something on this trip - how do I get it back?

If you left something behind on this trip, you can contact the driver for a limited time after your trip directly.
To do so please access your last trips in the menu and select the respective trip. Now you can call your driver.

If the call option is not show, please let us know the specifics of your lost item and the trip data.

Please note that only trips taken via the mytaxi app are traceable. If your trip was not on the mytaxi app we will not be able to track the driver for you.
