Request copy of invoice

You will receive a tax-deductible receipt from us by email after each "Pay by App" trip that you take. Please check your spam folder. Mark the emails as "Not spam" to ensure that you always receive the receipts.  

If you want an invoice to be sent to your email account again, please tap on your profile in your app login. You will find the “Help” button in the menu below your profile. By selecting “Help and Contact” you open another list of items. Please choose the item “Help with a specific journey”. Now you can open the requested trip and press the button “Receipts & Cost Overviews”. Here you see the box “Send invoice again”. By selecting this box a new email with your invoice will be sent to your registered address.
