What happens, if the payment via app does not work?

Generally there can be a variety of reasons why an in-app transaction might fail.
If you tried to pay using the mytaxi app, you can contact us anytime using help@mytaxi.com .
Please remember to quote the relevant booking ID.
We can then look into the transaction for you and find out why the payment did not go through.
Please note that a stable data connection is needed for a payment by app to be successful.
 
We regret having to advise you that a voucher cannot be used retrospectively.
Any unused vouchers can of course be used for your next mytaxi booking within the promotional period.
