Did the customer contact you before arrival?

Is the passenger at the pick up the location provided on the app?

Is the pickup area unusual? 

Does the passenger want multiple drop off?

Do you feel that this job is dodgy?

Ask the customer to produce the card used to book the card. 

Call the customer from the app and see who answers.
